Candidates will apply to the call from their country of residence by submitting their professional biography, highlighting their motivation and ability to make an impact.
The profiles validated by the grantor will be individually evaluated by a panel of experts on the basis of professional background, leadership and motivation.

The best expert evaluations will be considered to select the 50 women SW50 winners from each country who will be notified by Santander Open Academy.

The London School of Economics will evaluate the 550 winners from each country. They will then select the 50 women who will participate in the face-to-face program in London.

While an advanced level of English (C1 or higher) is not required for your country's edition, you will need it if you want to advance and be part of the global edition.

The grantor will consider the best evaluations of the panel of experts to select the 50 winning women from each country.
The 50 winners from each country will receive an exclusive online course (approx. 6h) on women's leadership developed by the London School of Economics (LSE) with a certificate of completion through the Santander Open Academy.
No, to participate in Santander W50 you must currently hold a senior management or C-suite position in your company.
SW50 now offers you the chance to be recognised as one of the top 50 leaders in your country. Only the winners from each country will have the opportunity to win one of the 50 places on the global programme. Only the 550 winners from the participating countries will be evaluated by the London School of Economics.
You do not need to be a current or prospective customer to participate in the programme.
