Santander W50 is one of the best programme for female talent development globally, boasting a network of over 800 women leaders.
This program is designed to help you solidify your leadership style, gain recognition and public visibility, and become part of an esteemed global network.
You will join 50 global leaders in a one-of-kind experience in London, featuring high-performance training at the LSE campus. You will have exclusive access to specialized training, experiential sessions, and individual coaching by top faculty from one of the world’s most prestigious academic institutions.

Sign up for the programme and become one of the 50 women leaders in your country.
Include your professional bio and a brief statement of your leadership impact and motivation. If validated, you'll proceed to public voting.
Share your profile on social networks, with your professional contacts, family and friends, and ask them to vote for you.
The 50 women with the highest number of votes and best evaluations will be the SW50 winners from each country.
LSE will evaluate the 550 winners from the 11 countries and will select the 50 women participants in Santander W50 Global.

While an advanced level of English (C1 or higher) is not required for your country's edition, you will need it if you want to advance and be part of the global edition.

From 16 January 2025, you will be able to share your candidacy on social media and ask for votes from your community.
The 50 women with the highest number of votes and best evaluations will be the SW50 winners in each country.
The 50 winners from each country will receive an exclusive online course on women's leadership developed by the London School of Economics (LSE) with a certificate of completion through the Santander Open Academy
No, to participate in Santander W50 you must currently hold a senior management or C-suite position in your company.
Voting is only one part of the selection process. A panel of experts will also evaluate your career path, motivation and impact.
To vote for your candidacy, individuals must be registered with Santander Open Academy. This ensures the process remains secure and rigorous.
SW50 now offers you the chance to be recognized as one of the top 50 leaders in your country. The London School of Economics (LSE) will only evaluate the 50 winners from each country, totaling 550 candidates, to select 50 participants for the SW50 GLOBAL program.
You do not need to be a current or prospective customer to participate in the programme.
